Sue, Charlie and the team are amazing! During every correspondence, Sue was extremely thorough and helpful. We had a tricky issue with timing as we had a neighbour who had to perform some stormwater works before we could demo. Eco were so accomodating that they ended up pushing out our demo date multiple times without fuss. During the actual demo, we had quite a lot of water and most machine operators would not have been able to do what these guys did. At one point mud was entering the cabin of the machine and they managed to still get it done without needing assistance; truly a testament to their ability. And finally Charlie (the owner) was on site and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we achieved the best outcome. I would recommend anyone undertaking a demo reach out to Sue and team, you will not regret it!

Eco Demolition gave us outstanding customer service throughout our demolition at Ryde at a competitive price. Sue and Charlie communicated with us clearly throughout so we were always informed of plans and progress. They supported us through all the administrative steps and made it all hassle free. They co-ordinated everything well with our builder, dealt with all issues that arose and promptly provided all the clearance documents required. The end result is the site is well prepared and ready to go. Thanks for great service.We would highly recommend the team at Eco Demolition.

IF I COULD GIVE ECO DEMO ♾️ STARS I WOULD!!! Sue, Charlie and the team are the BEST!!! We received nothing but outstanding customer service and information from them. Nothing was ever a problem for them, and their knowledge, attentiveness and service was second to none! The level of service (and time) I received from Sue (even before we became a client) was hands down second to none, and this is why I chose to go with them. From the first phone call to the completion of our house demolition, it has been nothing but a pleasure in dealing with them. They always went above and beyond for us, and we never felt like we were “just a number” to them. They always kept us well informed with emails, phone calls and photos during the entire process. For someone like myself, who has never been through this process before, Sue was a wealth of knowledge, talking me through each stage and always sending me emails with crystal clear information and instructions. Even from our first email with our quote, it was so detailed with so much helpful and useful information, something that NONE of the other companies even came close to doing. Once our job was complete, we were given our clearance certificate that very same day. Eco Demo is a wonderful, family run company and I would have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending them - in fact I would say you would be crazy to use anyone else!! If we ever decide to demolish and build again it will be Eco Demo all the way!!!Once again, a huge thank you to Sue, Charlie and the team at Eco Demo, you actually made this a very pleasant experience for us!PS: I’ll miss our chats Sue!! They walked us through every step of the way and are so knowledgeable. They checked in with us regularly with progress updates, which we really appreciated. Eco Demolition are thorough professionals at what they do. From the initial conversations with Sue to the site supervisor Charlie, everything was handled very well. No question was too much for Sue to answer. The demolition started on time and the site was left clean and in great condition at the end of it all. Charlie met us on site before and after to ensure we had direct contact with him. I can't recommend these guys more for the wonderful work that they do and the good relationships they build with their customers. The fact that they recycle as much of the debris as they can is also fantastic.

Michael and Charlie were forthcoming with information about the demolition process and what was involved, which made it easier to make a decision.Sue was a pleasure to deal with.
